We offer domestic vessel (less than 24m) surveys, and maritime ship inspection, consultation, training and logistics services. Sustainable development, environment, responsibility and safety are important values for us. Those values we follow with pride.

Transportation

We offer seatransports (ship transfer services and crew transportation) in the Turku Archipelago for consumers and companys. The transports can also be arranged at Hanko and Helsinki sea-areas if needed.

 

The boat is Finnish built Boomeranger C-3500 Special Operations boat, used also as a rescue boat by professional authorities. Lenght: 10 m / Beam: 3,5 m / Draft: 1,0 m / Weight: 3,0t / Passengers: 12 pers / Machinery: 2x300hp Mercury Verado outboards / Economy speed: 25-30kn, max speed 45-50kn.

I am Captain with more than 10 years of experience as a Captain on Passenger and Cargo vessels. Excellent ship handling and navigation skills, including ice navigation and maneuvering. I am a safety-oriented professional as well as qualified ISM/ISPS Auditor and have experience in new building (supervision – ship’s delivery) and dry docking. Project member of Vessel ERP workgroup, training and developing system. Project Manager on S4VF-program. Licensed Deep Sea Pilot in the Baltic Sea.

Learning the basics of navigation and becoming a real seagoing person happened already in my early childhood. Later I have gained more experienced even on open seas thank’s to the transfer orders of bigger boats from Denmark, England, Netherlands and Sweden to Finland – trips that offered many great but also very challenging experiences. Having a great passion for my free time interests on seas has become a real lifestyle and encouraged me to build up two businesses including B & N Marine Ltd.
